Then up to 10 small update requests per month, plus one new page or substantial section per month in addition to those updates; size and complexity are agreed beforehand and requests are handled one at a time while subscribed. We deliver custom templates and files. You or your web professional install and publish.

Hosting, server administration, and live-site management are not included. Cancel before renewal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and service continues through that period. Scope, timing, and subscription terms are agreed before work begins.

Then up to 10 small update requests per month, plus one new page or substantial section per month in addition to those updates; size and complexity are agreed beforehand and requests are handled one at a time while subscribed. Small updates include replacing supplied text or images, changing colors, or adjusting an existing section. Work beyond this monthly scope, full website redesigns, and advanced functionality such as booking systems, ecommerce, and custom integrations are separately scoped and quoted. We design, develop, review, and hand off the files.
We agree on platform, delivery format, installer, scope, timing, and subscription terms before work begins. Installation and publishing are handled by you or your web professional. Our separate security-service work follows its own authorization and readiness requirements; it is not part of Website Care.
