How do I start Website Care?
Email Harley with your business name, current website if you have one, and your priorities. There is no public checkout; an inquiry creates no subscription. We agree on the work and subscription terms first.
For separate security work, is a vulnerability scan the same as a penetration test?
No. A scan can inform an assessment. A penetration test requires scoped manual validation and analysis of the evidence, not just raw scanner output. The proposal identifies the depth you are buying.
Is retesting part of the combined preview?
Agreed fix verification is part of the proposed monthly scope. The retest scope, window, access requirements, and any separate fee for expanded work are defined upfront. New assets or expanded testing require a scope change.
How would payment for the combined plan work?
Website & Office Care is a planned combined service, not an open checkout. There is no public checkout. Payment and service terms must be agreed after readiness review; a scope inquiry creates no subscription.
The client pays Kyber directly; insurance reimbursement is not required. This is separate from Kyber’s own professional coverage, which remains a readiness requirement—not a claim that coverage is in place.
What if we are looking for CodeFlow?
CodeFlow is a separate existing product. Its product resources, proposals, and agreements remain separate from Website Care, Website & Office Care, and security-testing services.
