Keep it moving.

Kyber Website Care is $600/month, month-to-month with no setup fee. Website design and development starts with one initial website design with page count agreed beforehand. Then up to 10 small update requests per month, plus one new page or substantial section per month in addition to those updates; size and complexity are agreed beforehand and requests are handled one at a time while subscribed. We deliver custom templates and files. You or your web professional install and publish.

Discuss the $600 plan

Website design and development includes one initial website design with page count agreed beforehand, for a new website or a refresh of an existing website. We deliver custom templates and files. Then up to 10 small update requests per month, plus one new page or substantial section per month in addition to those updates; size and complexity are agreed beforehand and requests are handled one at a time while subscribed.

Website work defined together

  • One initial design: agree on page count, layout, content responsibilities, and the initial work before starting.
  • Monthly updates and additions: up to 10 small update requests per month, plus one new page or substantial section per month in addition to those updates; size and complexity are agreed beforehand and requests are handled one at a time. Small updates include replacing supplied text or images, changing colors, or adjusting an existing section.
  • Review before handoff: request → preview → approval → file handoff. You or your web professional install and publish.

Scope, timing, and subscription terms are agreed before work begins. This is not unlimited website work. Work beyond this monthly scope, full website redesigns, and advanced functionality such as booking systems, ecommerce, and custom integrations are separately scoped and quoted. Complex applications and integrations are separately scoped. Office visits, Wi-Fi work, physical-security services, and penetration testing are not included.

Separate digital assessments—not included in Website Care

A vulnerability assessment identifies and prioritizes weaknesses. A penetration test adds controlled manual validation of selected attack paths and impact, where explicitly authorized. A separate proposal states which you are buying, the testing depth, fee, window, and what will not be tested.

Raw scanner output is not a full penetration test. Tool findings need review, validation where permitted, contextual analysis, and a documented account of limitations. We do not represent an untested path as a confirmed exploit.
Physical and combined assessments are proposed services, not available for scheduling. We are accepting non-binding scope inquiries only. Field work and full adversary simulation remain unavailable until activity-specific legal/licensing review, demonstrated competence, insurance, written authorization, and capability review are complete. An inquiry is not a booking or authorization to test.

02 / Separate physical preview

Two office visits.
Every calendar
month.

Discuss office care

The separate planned $1,600/month Website & Office Care package includes two office visits per calendar month—for example, the first and third weeks by agreement. Review the office’s everyday configuration and observable security conditions without invasive physical testing.

Scope areas to discuss—not a commitment to delivery

  • Wi-Fi/security configuration help and an authorized low-impact vulnerability review within agreed scope.
  • A non-invasive observational office-security walkthrough: agreed entry points, visitor processes, and equipment placement.
  • Findings, practical priorities, and agreed fix verification; no covert entry, bypass attempts, or disruption in monthly care.

Permission and safety are prerequisites

Written authorization must come from the appropriate asset or site authority. Tenant, landlord, provider, or other third-party permissions must be resolved where needed. The scope names allowed actions, prohibited actions, emergency contacts, stop conditions, and escalation procedures.

Subject to scope and capability review. Physical testing is not currently offered or available for scheduling. Covert entry, social engineering, destructive testing, and disruption are not included by default. No activity starts until the specific methods and safety requirements are agreed.

Findings built
for decisions
and remediation.

Your proposal specifies the report format, assessment limits, debrief, and any follow-up work. A point-in-time test cannot prove that an organization is free of vulnerabilities or guarantee compliance.

Our website-change process
Scope and limitations
Assets and locations covered, testing dates, methods used, exclusions, and areas that could not be verified.
Executive summary
Decision-ready context for leadership, business impact, and priorities.
Technical findings and evidence
Affected assets, validation details, risk rationale, and evidence with sensitive material minimized. Unconfirmed observations are labeled separately.
Remediation guidance and debrief
Practical recommendations and a walkthrough for your team. Implementation assistance is separate unless included in the scope.
Agreed fix verification / Retest
The proposed combined monthly plan includes agreed fix verification within scope. The proposal defines the fixes to verify, window, access requirements, and any separate retest fee for expanded work. The retest record identifies resolved, unresolved, and not-verified items; new scope requires a new agreement.

Before we begin

Discuss fit.
Define the boundaries.

For Website Care, tell us what you want to build or revise. We agree on platform, delivery format, installer, scope, timing, and subscription terms before work begins.

For separate security work, we agree on testing windows, emergency contacts, stop conditions, permitted validation, and evidence handling. Sensitive evidence should use an agreed secure transfer method, not the initial inquiry email.

Start with a non-sensitive outline.

Website inquiries are welcome. Physical and combined inquiries remain planning discussions only; those services cannot be scheduled until their readiness gates are met.
